Fall off the bones easy Pork Ribs

Intro on pork ribs
You must listen to this before you start reading below...

Choice number one;
Cook your ribs on a medium to low grill 75% bone down - 25% meat down to avoid drying your meat. It may take an hour and half or even two hours depending on the size and/or thickness of your ribs. They should be tender and flavorful.

Choice number two;
Put your ribs on a baking tray in your oven for one hour at 400F. You have now pre-cook them, so finish them on a medium to low grill 75% bone down - 25% meat down. It will probably take half the time or even less than choice number one. By pre-cooking them in the oven you seal all the flavors inside compare to the boiling method.

Choice number three;
Place your ribs on one side of your grill and only turn on the other side which is call indirect heat. Burn some fruity wood chips on the hot side while you are cooking them for about 5 to 6 hours at 225F to 240F. Do not keep opening the lid or they will never finish cooking, dah! During the last hour, start adding sauce if you wish. Those ribs are never cooked over direct heat, only indirect.

Choice number four and last choice!
Once your ribs are pre-cook... which ever way you want without boiling them, you can wrap them up in foil paper twice completely sealed basted with your favorite Taboo BBQ sauce. You have now created a pressure cooker which speeds up the process by a lot, so don't over do it or you will end up with a big pile mush! This technique is referred to as a "Texas Diaper". There is nothing wrong with that as long as you do not over cook them.

The best results I have ever had competing with pork ribs is to slow cook them for 6 hours at 230F with heat and smoke.
